    By all accounts the 6th Annual Vancouver Thunderbirds Awards Banquet was a success. It was a collaborative effort by many volunteers, so thank you for making the evening such a great one.   - THUNDERBIRD PERFORMANCES AT THE BC HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

    The club had a total of 26 athletes compete at the BC High School Championships.
    
    High light of the meet for the club was the emergence of Rhiannon Evans, having the race of her life to finish 8th, a mere 22 seconds out of the medals. Way to go Rhiannon!

    On a tough course the members of the Thunderbirds who participated at the BC Championships at Brocton Oval on Sat Oct 25th performed admirably.
    
    Highlights were the:
    1st, 2nd and 4th place finishes of Kansas McKenzie, Amanada Chronkite and Peggy Noel in the 14 y/o Girls Race. Third pl
