Graeme Fell - Two Time Olympian and Commonwealth Games Champion

Graeme has a vast amount of knowledge about the Sport of Track and Field having competed at 2 Olympic Games, 5 World Championships and 4 Commonwealth Games. He is a multiple National Champion and coach to National and provincial champions, as well as being an elementary teacher with 15 years experience teaching elementary age track. His goal is to foster life long athletes.

Byron Jack - Five Time National Triple Jump Medalist

Byron has an extensive background in track and field, having competed at the provincial, national and international level. His biggest achievement is qualifying for, and competing at the national championships for 20 straight years. He has participated in many disciplines. Byron has coached a variety of athletes and has had numerous provincial and national champions from the elementary age, to high school and up to the senior level. Recently, he took part in the World Masters Games and the World Masters Indoor Games.

Each day participants will get to try a variety of track and field events and hone their skills for the coming season in a fun and developmentally appropriate way. Participants will learn how to sprint, long jump, high jump, hurdle, throw a variety of implements, stretch, and develop core fitness in a team orientated environment.

All participants will receive a Camp T-shirt
