5 to 6:15 p.m. for the Kid's Mile (No timing for this event)
5 to 6 p.m. for the 10k
from 5 to 6:30 p.m. for the 5k.

NEW THIS YEAR :
The Longest Day KID'S RUN along the first Mile of the adult course. All finishers receive a water bottle filled with SISU product and other goodies and access to our post race BBQ. The Kid'S RUN starts at 6:30pm. 
All Participants are eligible to win the Bed and Breakfast Packages provided by the Hills Ranch and the Long Beach Lodge.
All runners will receive a 10 day pass to the Steve Nash Sports Club.

Donate to the JDRF and Win
Anyone who donates $20 or more to the JDRF is entered into the draw for a $200 meal at Le Crocodile. Every $50 donated counts as an entry for the "Whistler Grand Package" that includes travel between Vancouver and Whistler on the Rocky Mountaineer and four night accommodation at the Adara Hotel.

Parking:
Parking is available in the Forintek and Feric parking lots on the west side of East Mall, just north of the stadium. Alternate, pay parking, is available on the East side of East mall and in the parking lots on Wesbrook south of 16th Avenue

Course description:
Scenic 5k loop on the UBC Campus. Both 5k and 10k races start at the intersection of Stadium Way and East Mall, and finish on the Concourse in front of Thunderbird Stadium. 5k runners complete one lap, 10K runners complete 2 laps and Kid's Mile consists of the first kilometer of the adult loop before turning up to the stadium at the roundabout at the intersection of Stadium and West Mall. The 5k race is part of the Timex BC Road Running Series, the Vancouver Sun Run Series and the Lower Mainland Racing Series.

Day of race registration:
While Day of Race registration is being allowed we would strongly urge you to register early to avoid extra charges and dissapointment. Day of race registration will be available at the UBC Thunderbird Stadium from 5pm on. However, after 6pm 10k entrants cannot be guaranteed to be included in race results. After 6:30pm, 5K runners cannot be guaranted to be included in the results.

Will be available at the 2k, 4k, 7k and 9k marks.

Timing
Chip Timing will be in effect, provided by Winning Time. "No chip, no time!"
Pick up your timing chip with race package.

Results
Available immediately following the race and on the race web site within 24 hours.

Post Race Party
The post race party on the Stadium Concourse will include music, hot dogs, veggie burgers, fruits, veggies, chicken burgers, fruit pies, juice & other goodies. Refreshments may also be purchased from an onsite pub. Please bring your ID.

Race Garment
This year's Race Garment is a quality Hoody made by Gildan and designed by Ingo Neufeld from a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend. It is available for $26 (retail value $40) in small, medium, large, and extra large (adult sizing) in dark grey colour. The front of the hoodie will feature the adjacent design created especially for our race.
