EJD = East Junior Development

• Ages: 9-13

• Event Focus

  • September - November: Cross Country running

  • November - July: All track & field events

East High School

• Ages 14-18

• Head Coaches: Ben Misaghi (Ben@Thunderbirdstrack.org) & Kenny Ho (Kenny@ThunderbirdsTrack.org)

• Events Offered: Jumps, Sprints, Hurdles, Middle-Distance
