Vancouver Thunderbirds: Co-founder and founding coach (2001). Helped grow it into BC's largest not-for-profit track and field club with over 600 members across all age groups.
Developed Junior Development East program to increase youth multi-event training.

UBC: Led UBC Thunderbirds to six NAIA National Championships and the 2018 Women's Canada West Cross Country title.
Former UBC Thunderbird athlete, Canada West medalist in hurdles and relays.

Trinity Western University (2011-2015): Built cross country and track programs to national level, with women’s cross country advancing from 18th to podium finishes.

National & International Roles:
Head Coach of Canada’s Paralympic Team, 2012 Summer Olympics, London.
Coach with Canada’s national team (2002-2013) in jumps, combined events, and relays.
Head Coach, Scottish Athletics (2009-2011), led team to 18th place at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.

GRAEME FELL, Head Coach Junior Development

Graeme began his career as a club athlete in England running cross-country and competing in all events. Specializing in steeplechase as he grew older, he earned National team spots on first Britain and then Canada. Competed at Commonwealth, Olympic and World Championships and is the former Canadian Record Holder in the 3000m steeplechase. He has been an elementary teacher for 16 years and has coached at elementary, high school and at the international level. His goal is to build successful, life long, athletes. Currently, Graeme is in charge of the Junior Development program, and advises on athlete development and program creation at virtually every level of the sport.
